La lentionina (amino�cido azufrado) presente en el cultivo l�quido de Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) actividad bacteriost�tica (Streptococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus y Bacillus megaterium), as� como efecto antif�ngico (Candida albicans).
